The core values of excellence, engaged learning and ethical living are embedded into the three IB Academic programmes offered at AISM. Through these core values we believe that excellence at AISM means taking personal initiative to learn and be informed in a culturally diverse future with confidence and enthusiasm. By embracing the values of respect, honesty and integrity AISM students will act with sensitivity, yet critically make connections between their world and the global context that they live in.

Diploma Programme

The PYP prepares students to become active, caring, lifelong learners who demonstrate respect for themselves and others and have the capacity to participate in the world around them. It focuses on the development of the whole child.   A challenging framework that encourages students to make practical connections between their studies and the real world, the MYP is inclusive by design; students of all interests and academic abilities can benefit from their participation.   Research suggests many benefits to choosing the DP. The programme aims to develop students who have excellent breadth and depth of knowledge – students who flourish physically, intellectually, emotionally and ethically.
